Ginger Scalp massage- a natural therapy for hair loss

Ginger Scalp massage- a natural therapy for hair loss

If you are suffering from hair loss than you must have pretty often been suggested the use of ginger juice massage into your scalp for preventing hair loss. But the real question is does it really work? Is there any science behind the ginger therapy for hair treatment?

Going through my blog you must have realized that I am suffering from Hair loss ( Male pattern alopecia) and have tried almost every product available in the market and now I am trying all those natural and herbal treatment which are said to control hair loss and stimulate hair growth.

Ginger juice scalp massage treatment is one of the most recommended natural therapies for hair loss and so I thought of giving it a try and after using it for about 3-4 months I am writing my experience which can help you as well.

How to use it?
Extract Ginger juice in a glass bowl and use it immediately. Use your finger tips to gently massage ginger juice into the scalp. If possible cut your hair short so that you hair doesn’t obstruct the juice reaching your scalp. Massage gently for 5-10 minutes into the scalp and leave it for 10-15 minutes for it to penetrate the scalp. Now wash it off with cold water, avoid using shampoo or other chemical products which can cause damage to your hair.

Use it every day before shower if possible (else 3-4 times a week). You will see prominent changes in just 3-4 weeks of regular use. Besides using the ginger scalp massage therapy concentrate on including good nutrition in your diet.

How does it work?
I am not sure about how ginger juice helps in promoting hair growth but regular massage promotes proper circulation of blood into the scalp which eventually helps hair growth.

So ginger juice therapy is not a myth and if used regularly can stop hair loss and promote hair growth.
