Appebon indications
Normally Appebon is an iron supplement administered and prescribed for patients suffering from poor nutrition, under weight, loss of appetite and anorxia nervosa. In some cases it also is prescribed for providing nutritional after operation and post surgery. 

Besides the above mentioned conditions it may well be used for taking care of metabolic problems along with periods of recovery after a particular illness.
Dosage

Normally a capsule of Appebon iron capsules is recommended to be used after your regular food.
Special precautions
Appebon iron capsules generally are a strong drug which can induce sleepiness and impair the ability to drive or operate heavy vehicles or machinery.

Appebon side effects
It may cause sleepiness and decrease the ability to drive or run heavy machinery. At times using Appebon iron capsule can induces adverse reactions such as head ache, minor nausea, dizziness, sickness, and dry mouth. Contact your general physician immediately if any such problem occur and become persistent.

If any other adverse reaction occurs stop using the iron supplement and contact your doctor for emergency medical help.

Drug interactions
Appebon when used with alcohol may reduce its efficacy. Appebon may interact with CNS depressants and initiate serious adverse reactions.  Appebon may decrease the efficiency of the drug L-Dopa.

Consult your general health care provider before using Appebon iron capsules concurrently with other drugs.
