Candid B cream for treating yeast infection

Candid B cream for treating yeast infection

Normally this time of the year I suffer from yeast infection and I always have been using Candid B cream for treating it. It’s not this year but for the past 2-3 years I generally suffer from yeast infection during winter and it becomes necessary to use Candid B cream. It is an over the counter drug generally used for treating fungal infection, yeast infection and other dermatological disease.

It was recommended to me by a pharmacist friend and ever since I have been using Candid B cream for any kind of fungal or yeast infection. Good thing about Candid B ointment is, it simply doesn’t hurt, it feels like applying normal cream but it works effectively and within few days destroys the bacterial or fungal growth of the infection.

The process of using the OTC medicine is simply, you just require applying a thin coat of the cream on the infected region and massaging it slowly until it is fully absorbed by the skin. You need to use it at least for a or 2 and is recommended to continue using Candid B cream even after it completely heals, so as to make sure that it doesn’t reappear and start creating any problems.

Candid B cream, as I already mentioned, are OTC medication with virtually no side effects. I have used it for over 3-4 years and till date I don’t remember suffering from any kind of side effect. But yes there has been reports of hypersensitivity in some patients, so in case any allergic reaction occurs on using Candid B cream, stop using it and consult a doctor immediately.

Avoid prolonged use of the cream, in case symptoms doesn’t improve, consult your doctor.
