icici credit cards

Icici visa card holder since September ,2007 and now after a year I must say I am very much pleased with it's service. Must be a little shocked after reading what i just wrote but yes I am really satisfied with the service the company has given me.

I was, as most of us are initially, very skeptic about using my credit cards and preferred cash over these cards until i calculated the benefit of using one and finally decided to own one. Since then i have been using my cards very regularly and i am happy with the prompt service and solution the company has given to my problems.

Noticed that more then one occasion there were some faulty transaction in my account ,I just wrote it to the concerned department and It was just solved in a matter of few hours.They did not make any fuss and cry and just about solved my problem with apology. Was somewhat baffled as more often we are made to pay the amount and was for the first time debited back the purchase made.

Secondly the E-statement service help us to know the statement instantly and thus don't need to wait a month just to know the balance. The log in is secure and need not fear about data being leaked.

The bank provides some very prompt service and I prefer it over all the other cards i have. It's one of the best and hope it continues to remain the same for years to come.
