Natural herbal products and homeopathy medications are profoundly used here in India and Kayam churna is one such ayurvedic product which is used in most Indian home for treating constipation and stomach disorders. I was introduced to the product last year by my uncle who had been using it for several years. Our family had meet after several years and we enjoyed a small get together, so all those partying and merry making resulted in acidity and it was simply not allowing me to sleep. Seeing me in such discomfort my uncle asked me to take a table spoon of Kayam Churna with a glass of water.

Being an herbal laxative I didn’t have any problem following his advice and honestly with 2 hours of administering Kayam churna, I got rid of acidity and it surely was a big relief. Since then I have been using Kayam Churna whenever I suffer from constipation or other stomach disorders and till date I haven’t suffered from any side effects of Kayam Churna.

Yes excessive use can cause diarrhea which is just natural as it is an herbal laxative but other than that I haven’t incurred any other adverse reactions. 

Warnings

·         Kayam churna side effects may differ from people to people; consult a homeopathy specialist, in case you suffer from any such side effects or adverse reactions.

·         Kayam churna is available over the counter but should be used with care; avoid using the herbal laxative if you are under some therapy or using other drugs.

·         In case symptoms doesn’t improve, avoid using the herbal laxative and consult your doctor.
